Bhagali Clinic And Hospital is tucked away off the main Pune-Satara Road in the Bibwewadi area. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know how hectic the traffic can get at almost any hour of the day. We are just far enough off the main strip that it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the distant hum of trucks and bikes. The clinic and hospital setup here is something we’ve worked on for years. It’s a practical space. We have the reception area right as you walk in, which usually has a stack of old newspapers or magazines lying around. The chairs are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough. Bibwewadi is a place with a lot of families, so we see a lot of familiar faces coming through the door. It’s not like those big corporate hospitals you see in the city center. We know the names of the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best tea in the afternoon. Our staff has been with us for a while, and we all just kind of know the routine by heart now. We spend a lot of time organizing files and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s just a normal, local place where we come to work every morning and go home when the sun sets. There’s nothing complicated about how we run things here.
