We are based out of Plot No. 42 in the Ashoka Housing Society, located in Kalewadi, Thergaon. It's in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area of Pune. Being inside a housing society means it’s a pretty calm place to work, though finding a parking spot for visitors can be a bit of a pain sometimes. We deal with technology and finding people for jobs. It’s mostly us sitting at our computers, searching for resumes, or talking to developers. The office is just a modified house, so it has a kitchen where we make our own coffee and heat up our lunch boxes. We don't have a big human resources department or a marketing team. We just do the work ourselves. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just take a break until it comes back up. It’s not the kind of place where people are obsessed with titles. We just want to get the right people into the right roles. We’ve been in Thergaon for a while and have seen the area change a lot with new buildings coming up everywhere. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know the tech scene in Pune. We don't make big speeches about the future. We just look at the list of open positions and try to fill them one by one. It’s steady and it keeps us busy throughout the week.
