You can find us on Kondhwa Road in Pune. We are tucked away in the Ganesh Prasad Kanchan Ganga society, specifically in offices three and four. Beontrack Solutions is not a big company with a huge sign on the roof. We are more of a small-scale operation. The society is quite old and has a lot of families living there, so it feels very grounded. The road outside is always packed with vehicles, especially in the evenings, so the honking is like background music for us while we work. We have a couple of rooms that we converted into our workspace. It is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend most of the day troubleshooting and writing code. Sometimes we take a walk down the road to get some fresh air, though the air on Kondhwa Road is mostly exhaust fumes. Still, it is good to stretch your legs. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon break. We don't have a HR department or a front desk person. If the door rings, whoever is closest to it gets up to see who it is. It is just a regular group of people doing tech work in a residential neighborhood.
