Bentley Systems

We are located at number 15 on Dixit Cross Road in Yerwada. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the area. Yerwada is a busy spot, but our specific street is a bit calmer than the main roads. We’ve got a decent setup here at Bentley Systems. It’s not a huge office, but it’s enough for what we do. We work on software systems, mostly stuff that helps with infrastructure and engineering projects. It’s very technical work, requiring a lot of focus. We have a few different rooms for different tasks, and a small area where we keep the server. It gets a bit warm in there. Most of our day is spent in front of dual monitors, checking designs and running simulations. We aren't big on meetings. We usually just talk over the desks if something needs fixing. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Occasionally we have some tea together in the afternoon. It’s a good way to clear our heads. The neighborhood has everything we need, from small shops to places to get a quick snack. We’ve settled in well here and like the rhythm of the workday in this part of town. Our office chairs might be a bit squeaky, but they get us through the day.
