Bentley System

Our office is located at 1 12 Grace Villa within the Tirumbkeswar Society. It’s right opposite the Bishop School in Kalyani Nagar here in Pune. It’s a decent area to work in because it isn't as chaotic as some other parts of the city, though school pickup times can get a little crowded on the road. We’ve been set up here for some time now focusing on the Bentley System side of things. The office itself feels more like a home than a sterile workspace since it’s in a residential society. We like that vibe because it makes the day feel a bit more relaxed. There are trees around and it stays relatively cool even when the Pune sun is out in full force. We have a few computers set up and enough space for the team to sit together and figure out whatever technical problems are on the agenda for the day. We don’t go in for big meetings or long presentations. Most of the time, we’re just quietly working on the systems and having a chat over some chai during the afternoon break. It’s a simple way to run a business but it suits us just fine. People know where to find us if they need help with their setups. We just focus on being reliable and keeping the local operations moving along at a steady pace every week without needing to act like a giant corporation.
