Bekaert

Our company is Bekaert. We have a presence in Lonand, Satara, and we also have a location at S. No. 110/11/3 on Baner Road in Baner. It is a bit of a split between the two places. The Baner Road spot is more of an urban setting. Traffic on Baner Road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. We have a small office there where some of us work. Then there is the Lonand Satara side, which is much more spread out. It feels different depending on which location you are at on any given day. In Baner, we are surrounded by shops and restaurants. In Lonand, it is more about the land and the industrial space. We have been operating like this for a while. Our teams move between the locations when needed. The address at Baner Road is easy for people to find because it is a main road, even if the building numbers can be a little confusing sometimes. We do not have any big mission statements or anything. We just show up and do our tasks. Some days are busier than others. We like having the two different environments to work in. It keeps things from getting boring, though the commute can be long depending on the time of day. Most of us just bring our lunch and get on with the day.
