You can find Bbd It Solutions Private Limited at S. No. 14/6, in Flat No 4. We are located right by Jagtap Dairy in Pimple Nilakh. It is a residential area, so our office feels very cozy and quiet compared to the main roads. We transformed the flat into a workspace where we can focus on IT tasks without too many distractions. Being near the dairy is handy because everyone knows the landmark. We have a few rooms set up with desks and monitors. It is not a flashy tech hub, just a practical place to get things done. We usually have the windows open to let in some air, though it can get a bit noisy when people are out on the street. Our team is small, and we mostly just sit around the table or at our desks working through projects. We don't have a big HR department or corporate rules. We just agree on what needs to be finished and we do it. Pimple Nilakh has grown a lot lately, but our corner still feels like a regular neighborhood. We have our tea breaks in the kitchen and talk about things other than work sometimes. It’s a relaxed environment, which helps when the work gets a bit complicated. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, we just want to do our job steadily from our little spot in Pune.
