We are over at Sankalp Society on Paud Road in Pune. Our specific location is Plot No. 1, and the land records show it as S N 47/3A/3B1, 2. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s easy enough to find once you are on Paud Road. The society is a mix of different people and small offices like ours. Being in Pune, the weather fluctuates quite a bit, so our office at Baviskar Technologies Llp is often either too hot or we’re dealing with the monsoon rains hitting the windows. The building is nothing fancy, just a solid structure that’s been here for years. We have a small sign near the entrance so people know they’re at the right place. Inside, we have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have been around since we started. There is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs filing. We use the small area in the front for our meetings, which usually just involves pulling up an extra stool. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We usually walk to the local cafe for tea in the afternoons. It is a simple, local business life. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we get our work done and talk about what we’re having for dinner.
