Bateman-Neilsoft

So, we are located over in Akurdi, which is a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city area of Pune. Our office is at Panchshil Niwas in Panchtara Nagar. You’ll find us at Mr. S S Dange’s place. It’s a regular neighborhood, nothing too fancy, but it suits us just fine for the kind of work we do. Being Bateman-Neilsoft, we have a lot of coordination to do between different teams. The mornings usually start with a lot of tea and checking through the lists of what needs to get done. Akurdi has changed a lot over the years with all the industrial growth around here, but our little corner stays mostly the same. We have a few desks set up and some computers that have seen better days, though they still do the job. It's mostly quiet work, staring at screens and talking through design details. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re trying to finish a report, but you get used to it. We aren't some big corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just a few of us making sure the engineering side of things stays on track. We've been in this spot for a bit now, and we know the local shops for when we need supplies or a quick snack. It's a decent place to work without too much fuss and no unnecessary interruptions from the outside.
