Base Team

Our small office is in A-6 Shri Dhanlaxmi Apartment, which is over in Hanuman Nagar, Ganeshkhind. We are right near Ramesh Market, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. It’s a good location because we can pop over to the market if we need anything for the shop. We call ourselves Base Team because we are usually the ones doing the foundational work that others build on top of later. It’s not always the most visible work, but it’s definitely some of the most important for a project. We spend a lot of time checking details and making sure everything is set up properly. The apartment we work out of is pretty simple, nothing fancy about it. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have several things going on at once, but we usually figure it out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image or expensive furniture. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People in the building know us, and we try to be quiet neighbors, though sometimes it’s hard when we’re moving heavy equipment around. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to get the job done right. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If something is going to take a week, we tell you it’s going to take a week. That’s just being fair to everyone.
