Baroc Software Llp

We spend most of our time up on the 6th floor here at Montreal Business Center. It’s a busy spot in Baner. Most days start with the commute through Pune traffic, which isn't great, but once we get into the office, things settle down. We’ve been running Baroc Software Llp from this office for a bit now. It’s got a decent view of the area. We work on software stuff, mostly sitting at our desks and figuring out code problems. It’s not fancy. The office has desks, computers, and a small area for tea breaks. People come and go throughout the day. Baner is a loud place with lots of construction and shops around us. We chose this spot because it's central for the team. We don't have a big receptionist or anything. If you come by, one of us will probably just look up from a screen and say hello. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons when everyone is focused. We deal with technical tasks and keep things moving. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, so we just wait and chat. It’s just a group of us trying to get the work done right. We don’t really do big meetings or anything too formal. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. That’s how we’ve always done it here. It works for us and keeps the stress down.
