Bansi Steel Center

Bansi Steel Center is located at Survey Number-43/1 on NDA Road in Warje Malwadi. We are very easy to find because we are right near the Ganpati Mata Mandir. You can often hear the morning prayers and the bells from the temple while we are starting our day. The yard here at Survey Number-43/1 is quite large, which is necessary for storing all the steel we have. It’s an outdoor kind of job, so we are always at the mercy of the weather. When it’s sunny, the steel gets so hot you can barely touch it without gloves, and when it rains, everything gets muddy. NDA Road is a major route, so there is a constant stream of cars and trucks passing by our gate. We don't have a fancy office; it’s just a small cabin where we keep the scales and the billing books. Most of our time is spent out in the yard, measuring and loading. It’s heavy work and it keeps us tired, but it’s a good way to earn a living. The people in Warje Malwadi know us as the place to go when they need something sturdy. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just see our stacks of metal from the road or hear about us from someone else. It’s a straightforward life here at Bansi Steel Center, focused on the work and the community around the temple. We keep a kettle for tea.
