Baltec System Pvt. Ltd. is at 14 Commerce Avenue in Mahaganesh Nagar. This is right off Paud Road. If you know the area, you know Paud Road can get really jammed during the rush hours. Our spot in Mahaganesh Nagar is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice for getting work done. Number 14 Commerce Avenue is a solid building. We have our setup there with the computers and the equipment we use for the systems we handle. It is not a corporate showroom or anything like that. It is just where we do our jobs. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get here. The walk from the bus stop isn't too long. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon. The walls are a plain color and we have some old calendars hanging up. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or designer chairs because that isn't what our work is about. We mostly focus on the technical side of the systems. Sometimes customers call and ask for directions, and we tell them to look for the Commerce Avenue sign. It is a straightforward place. When the weather is good, we usually leave the windows open to get a breeze. We have a few plants on the windowsills that someone forgets to water occasionally. It is a real office with real people doing regular work.
