Bachelor Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Pendse Colony, which is in the Kiwale area near Dehu Road in Pune. Our specific spot is S.No 41 H.No 18/2/15. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like being out here where there’s a bit more space. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to gather, set up our laptops, and get through the day's work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or expensive decorations. Most of the stuff we have is functional and has been with us since we started. We usually start the day by talking about what needs to be fixed or finished. There’s no big boss breathing down our necks; we just know what we have to do and we get on with it. Sometimes we go out for a walk around the colony when we’re stuck on a problem, and the fresh air usually helps. We handle a variety of tasks, and because we’re a small team, everyone knows exactly what’s happening with every project. We don’t use any marketing fluff because we think the work should speak for itself. We’re just a bunch of people working in a quiet corner of Pune, trying to provide decent service without any of the usual corporate nonsense that just gets in the way of doing a good job.
