B T Gandhi is located at 1528 Shukrawar Peth. We are right near the police chowki, which is a good landmark because people always get lost in these narrow streets. Shukrawar Peth is one of those places where everyone knows everyone else’s business, and we’ve been part of that for a long time. The building we’re in is tucked away, and it’s not particularly modern or anything. It’s just a place to work. We have desks that have seen better days and a floor that creaks a bit when you walk on it. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine. There is no fancy branding or marketing stuff here. We just do what we do and people know where to find us. It gets a bit crowded in the office when we have more than a few visitors, but we manage. The police chowki being so close means it’s a safe enough spot, even late at night. We don't have a big mission or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit when the weather is nice. It’s a simple setup, and that’s the way we like it. There’s enough going on in the streets without us making a fuss inside. It feels right to be in such an old part of the city, doing things the way we know how.
