B M C Software India Pvt Ltd is located on Senapati Bapat Road, right near the City Light Char Rasta. It’s a very busy part of the city and finding a parking spot in the morning can be a real headache. Our office is in one of the older buildings around here. It’s full of desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires under the tables. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it is supposed to do. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, and the kitchen area is just a small corner with a kettle and a microwave that makes a loud buzzing sound. We usually go out to the small stalls near the Char Rasta to get our lunch or some tea in the afternoon. The windows don't open all the way, so we rely on the air conditioning, which sometimes works too well and makes everyone shiver. We don't have fancy lounge areas or bean bags like those big tech companies you see on TV. It’s just a regular place where we come to work and do our tasks. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the building gets very quiet then. It’s just how it is.
