Indus Mushrooms

Indus Mushrooms is located out at Survey No. 161/1 in Hundekar Vasti, which is part of the Phursungi area in Taluka Haveli. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where we have the space we need. Growing mushrooms isn't exactly a clean or easy job, and we spend a lot of our time in the damp and dark areas where they grow best. The address lists Ayanambakkam too, which can be a bit confusing for some people when they first look us up on a map. We’re mostly focused on the daily cycle of planting, checking the temperature, and harvesting whatever is ready. It’s quiet out here compared to the industrial zones. We don’t have a big front office or a fancy reception area. Most of the time, we’re just in our work clothes, making sure the humidity levels are right and the bags are placed correctly. It's a lot of manual labor, and our hands are usually busy from sunrise till we finish up for the day. We’ve been at this location for some time, and the neighbors in Hundekar Vasti know what we do. It’s just a regular agricultural business trying to get a good crop every season. We don't use any complicated systems, just the basic methods that we know work for us and the land we have here.
