Ay Technosoft Llp

Ay Technosoft Llp is located right on Pashan Sus Road in Pune. We are in Sapan Residency, flat number E/6. It’s easy to find if you know survey number 148/5. We share the building with a lot of families, so it feels very residential. We’ve been running this tech shop for a bit now. It’s not a big corporate office. We just have our desks set up in the rooms. There is usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen. We do software development and some other technical things. It’s mostly just sitting and typing for hours. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant or anything. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. The traffic on Sus Road is pretty bad these days, so we don't go out much during the day. We have our own way of doing things, which might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but it works for us. We don’t have a HR department or any of those layers. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it and fix it. It’s a very direct way of working. Being in 411021 is convenient for most of us. We are just regular people who happen to be good with computers. That’s the long and short of it. No fluff, no polished speeches. We just have a small space where we get stuff done and try to stay sane. It's a bit of a grind sometimes.
