We work out of Flat 401 in Building Number 2. It is on the fourth floor of the Saint Luke Cooperative Housing Society in Pune. It is a bit different than your usual office building since it is actually inside a housing society. We have set up our software operations here and it is actually a pretty quiet place to get things done most days. Being on the fourth floor, we get a bit of a breeze through the windows sometimes. We don't have a big sign on the building or anything like that. You just have to know which building to go to and press the buzzer. Inside the flat, it is mostly computers, monitors, and desks. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We like it that way because it is comfortable for the team. We spend long hours coding and testing things out. Sometimes we get a little distracted by the normal sounds of the housing society, like kids playing outside or neighbors talking in the hallway, but it makes the place feel alive. We have been here for a good while and the society members are used to us by now. It is not a place for big meetings or fancy presentations. We just sit together and work through the software bugs. The kitchen area is small but has enough room for the kettle.
