Axiom Engineers Pvt Ltd Ingenious Inc

Axiom Engineers is based in Pune, over in the Pimple Saudagar area. We share the space with Ingenious Inc in Flat 201, Building B of the Aakashganga Apartments. It’s a residential complex, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time, which helps when you’re trying to focus on engineering problems. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers, printers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. We aren't the type of company that has a big glass front or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just answers the door if someone knocks. Most of our work is technical, so we spend a lot of time staring at screens or talking through designs. Pimple Saudagar has grown a lot since we first moved in, and there are way more shops and cars than there used to be. We just keep to ourselves and do our work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and other times we head out early if the work is done. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the engineering seriously. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people we work for.
