We set up Avm Innovations India Llp in Wadgaon Sheri a while back. It's mostly just a few of us working out of the Beryl building on the third floor. We handle various different projects here. It's a small place, flat A2 303 to be exact. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own. Pune has changed a lot since we moved to this part of town near 58/1. Sometimes it's noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and computers. Most days we are busy with technical stuff. It's not always easy running a small LLP, there's a lot of paperwork and small things to take care of every day. We usually grab lunch nearby or just bring something from home. It's a practical setup. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some neighbors know us, others probably don't even realize there's a business here in the residential building. That's fine by us. We just try to keep things moving along and make sure our clients get what they need without any fuss. It’s hard work, but it’s ours. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a local operation trying to do a decent job every single day. We keep our overhead low by staying in this complex. It works for what we do right now.
