Avinash Kadu

I am Avinash Kadu and my place is in the Shantiniketan E Wing of the Runwal Group buildings. It’s right there on the highway in Warje-Malwadi. If you’re driving past Pune on the highway, you’ve probably seen these buildings. Living and working here is mostly about the convenience of the location. The highway is right there so there’s a constant hum of trucks and cars going by. It becomes like background noise after a few weeks. The E wing is where I’ve set things up. It’s a decent enough spot with enough room for what I need to do. I don't have a lot of staff or anything, it’s mostly just me and a few others helping out. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or big meetings. We just sit down and do what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow so we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. Warje has changed a lot lately with all these new buildings coming up but this spot feels like it’s becoming a real hub. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work. It helps keep the energy up. I try to stay organized but with so much happening it’s easy to lose a pen or two. It’s a real, working office, not a showroom. We just do our thing here and that’s enough for us to keep going every single day.
