Avinash K Khade

My name is Avinash K Khade and I operate out of a quiet space in Sadashiv Peth. You can find me at 720 Dipak Apartment, which is just a short walk away from the Bharat Petrol Pump. Sadashiv Peth is a very traditional and busy part of Pune, and I like being tucked away in an apartment building because it makes the work feel more personal and focused. I don’t have a big storefront with neon signs; it is just a simple office where I handle my daily professional tasks and meet with people who need my assistance. Most of the people who come to see me are from the local area or have been told about my work by someone else they trust. Because the streets around the petrol pump can get quite congested, I usually tell people it’s easier to visit during the morning hours when things are a bit calmer. Inside my office, you’ll find the usual things like a desk, plenty of files, and a couple of chairs for guests to sit while we talk. I have spent a lot of years in this neighborhood and I’ve grown used to the sounds of the city outside the window. I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be, so I just focus on providing straightforward help with whatever paperwork or issues my clients are facing. It is a modest way to run a business, but it suits me and the people I serve perfectly well.
