Aventurine Technologies Pvt Ltd

We’re over at E 302 in the Radhika Housing Society, which is located in Parvatinagar along Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a bit of a different setup for a company like Aventurine Technologies Pvt Ltd because we are basically in a residential area. We like it this way because it’s quieter than being in a big commercial hub. The office is really just a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. We have desks set up in the main room and some servers tucked away in the back. Sinhgad Road is always busy, so getting to the office can be a bit of a crawl during peak hours. Once you’re inside the society, though, it’s much more relaxed. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and eat lunch. We don’t have any corporate uniforms or strict rules about how we dress. We just show up and get to work on our tech tasks. Most of us have been with the company since it started, so we’re like a small family. We don’t have a big budget for fancy office furniture, so we make do with what we have. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask for help with their own computers, and we try to assist when we can. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of doing business. We’ve been here long enough that we can’t imagine being anywhere else in Pune, and the view from the balcony isn't too bad either.
