We are based out of Kharadi in Pune, which is pretty much the place to be if you’re doing anything with software lately. Our office is in the Vista Kharadi building, specifically Unit 15A on the 4th floor of the A Wing. Autosoft Consultancy Services Llp has been in this spot for a bit now. Kharadi is always growing, so there’s always a new shop or a cafe opening up down the street. The building itself is quite modern, but our internal office culture is very laid back. We aren't the type to wear ties or have long, boring board meetings. We usually just gather around a desk and talk through whatever needs doing. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise, though you can still hear the city moving. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There’s no one hovering over your shoulder. We just expect people to do their bit. The pantry is probably the most popular spot in the office because that's where the kettle is. We go through a lot of tea and biscuits every day. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels like things are actually happening here. It’s a solid place to work and we’re glad we found it. We just try to stay busy and keep the office running smooth.
