If you know Kothrud in Pune, you probably know Paud Road. It’s always packed with cars and bikes. Our office, Autodirect Techsystems India Private Limited, is at 6 Commerce Center. We’re right across from Krishna Hospital. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the hospital is. Being in Kothrud means there are always places to grab a quick snack or a tea nearby, which is something we do pretty often. The Commerce Center building is a bit older, but it has character. We aren't tucked away in some glass building where you can't even open a window. It’s a real place. The office itself is quite simple. We have what we need to work, and that’s about it. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or art for the walls. We’d rather just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the noise from Paud Road comes inside, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time. It makes the work day go by faster when you're around people you actually get along with. We don't have formal dress codes or anything like that. Just come in, do the work, and go home. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Pune. It’s a busy life, but it’s a good one for us. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
