Our factory, Auto Steel And Rubber Industries Pvt Ltd, is located in the Bhosari Industrial Estate. We are at C/2/1 in Phase XI, specifically in the Technicians Block. Being in Bhosari means we are surrounded by other plants and workshops, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the air. We’ve been operating here for quite a while, focusing on steel and rubber components. The building itself is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the machines and the production line. We have a crew that’s been with us for years, and they know the equipment inside out. We don't have a big corporate office with leather chairs. Our "office" is usually just a desk in the corner of the shop floor where we keep track of orders and shipping manifests. It’s a grit-under-the-fingernails kind of place. We make parts that go into other machines, so we aren't really a retail shop where people just walk in off the street. Most of our work comes from long-standing contracts with other industrial firms. We keep our heads down and focus on getting the production numbers right every week. It’s a straightforward manufacturing operation without any of the fluff you see in bigger companies. We just do the work and send it out the door. It’s been our way of life for a long time now.
