You will find us located at Gouri Villa on Sinhagad Road, right in the Manikbaugh part of Pune. Our office is actually in Flat Number 6, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We handle technical services from this spot and we have been doing so for a good while. Being in Pune 51 means we are close to a lot of the residential areas, which is where most of our work comes from. The day usually starts with checking messages and then packing up the tools we need for the day's visits. We spend a lot of time traveling through the city, often fighting through the heavy traffic on Sinhagad Road. It can be frustrating, but we just put on the radio and get through it. At our flat, we have a small space set up for the more delicate technical repairs that cannot be done on-site. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. Most of our customers come to us because their neighbor or a friend mentioned that we do honest work. We do not spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. We prefer to just focus on the task at hand and make sure we do a thorough job. It is a simple way of working that has served us well over the years. We are just local people trying to earn a living by being useful.
