Atul Shinde

You’ll find us at Malvika Society in Happy Colony. We are in building 36, flat 10. It’s right on Lane 2 in Kothrud, Pune. Atul has been based here for a long time. It’s a quiet enough area, which helps when we need to focus. The society has some trees around it, so it stays a bit cooler. We have a modest office space. There’s a table where we all sit, and some cabinets for our files. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is here at once. We don't mind, though. We’ve grown used to the close quarters. Usually, there’s a radio playing somewhere in the background. It keeps the energy up. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just talk about what needs doing and then we do it. Sometimes we go out for lunch at one of the small places nearby. Kothrud has some good food if you know where to look. The afternoon sun hits the balcony, and that’s usually when we take a short break. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up and get through the list of tasks. It's a simple life. We like being part of the local scene here in Maharashtra. It feels right. Most of our neighbors know what we do. We're just part of the fabric of the neighborhood. That's enough for us. We'll be here if you need us.
