Our office is located at 121/46/9/4 in Ambegaon, right in the Rajaji Nagar part of town. We handle HR services here. It mostly means we spend the whole day talking to folks who are looking for work and companies that need more hands. It is a lot of reading resumes and making phone calls back and forth. The office is very simple. We just have some basic desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We aren't one of those big fancy agencies. We’re just a small team trying to help people find a place to earn a living. Ambegaon is a decent enough area. We get many local people coming in for interviews. Sometimes they are quite nervous, so we try to just talk to them normally. We don't have any high-tech systems, just our own folders to keep track of everyone. It gets a bit tiring when we have to go through a hundred applications for just one small job. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. Some days are very slow and we just clean up our files. Other days it is just non-stop with people coming in and out. We don't have any big mission statements or things like that. We just want to get the work done. We usually close the shutters around the same time as the other shops nearby.
