Our office for Atharva Techno-Solutions Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Kothrud, right at the corner of 15th Main and 17th Cross. It’s in the 5th Phase, number 4. If you know the area, it's pretty quiet around here compared to the main roads. We’ve been set up in this spot for some time now. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you're new to the neighborhood, but we don't mind the quiet. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of cables. We do technical work, mostly the kind of stuff people don't think about until it stops working. We aren't big on fancy meetings or wearing ties. Most days, it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we grind through whatever project is on the schedule. We have a small kitchen area where the tea is always brewing. It’s how we keep going. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to stay late to sort it out. We don’t complain much, that’s just the nature of what we do. It’s a tight-knit team here. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do right by the people who hire us and keep the lights on. It’s simple, honest work. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take turns trying to fix it, which usually results in a lot of laughing.
