Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking for the sign. We are on the first floor in Budhwar Peth, Shop No 16. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to watch your step when you're coming up. Our space is part of a bigger building at Sr No 503/504, and it gets pretty crowded in the hallways with all the other businesses nearby. We don't have much room for a lobby, so customers usually just stand by the desk while we look for what they need. There are stacks of boxes everywhere because we try to keep as much inventory on hand as we can fit. The windows look out over the street, but the glass is usually too dusty to see much. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling everything from sales to packing the boxes ourselves. Budhwar Peth is always full of people and noise, and that energy definitely filters up to our office. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost in the maze of shops downstairs, so we have to go down and find them. We keep things pretty informal here. If someone comes in, we just pull up a plastic chair and talk. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us in this part of town.
