We work out of Flat No. L 501 in the B2 building at Disha Sanskruti. It’s a residential complex at Gat No. 64/1. It’s a bit different than working in a commercial building, but it works for us. The atmosphere is more relaxed, almost like being at home but with more computers and desks everywhere. We’ve set up our workspace in a way that makes sense for what we do. It’s not a place with a big sign on the door or a lobby. You just come up to the fifth floor and there we are. Being in Disha Sanskruti means we get a bit of that residential quiet, though there’s always the sound of families and kids in the background during the evenings. We’ve been running things from this flat for a while now. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria, so we usually just cook something small or order in from the places nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra overhead of a fancy office park. We focus on getting our tasks done and keeping things moving. The space is filled with our gear and a few plants that we try to keep alive. It’s a honest way to work and we appreciate the simplicity of our setup here in the complex. We are just a few people doing our best work every day.
