Wagholi is growing fast, so there is always some construction noise going on outside. The office is inside an apartment, so it has a kitchen and a bathroom like any home. We keep it simple. There are no big signs or bright lights. We just have our systems set up in the rooms. Sometimes the power goes out, which is annoying, but that is part of life here. We do software work, mostly just focusing on whatever project is on the desk that week. It's a small team. We don't have a HR department or a cafeteria.
