We are based out of Pimple Gurav in Pune, specifically over in Kawade Nagar at SR 55/1. Our place is H 260, and it’s a bit of a local spot. If you know this part of Pune, you know it’s got its own character, a bit different from the main city center. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the local pace. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and our equipment. We spend a lot of time here, usually starting around nine and staying until the work is finished. It’s a quiet enough area which is nice when we need to focus. Most of the people working here live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for most of the team. We don't have a big reception desk or someone to open the door for you; we just answer it ourselves when someone knocks. It feels more like a small local operation than a big corporation. We take our breaks when we can and usually talk about the local news or whatever is happening on the street. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. No big speeches or complicated goals, just getting through the daily tasks and making sure everything is handled right. Being in Pimple Gurav gives us a sense of community that you don't always get in the bigger industrial parks. We just show up and do the work.
