Our office and works are located at the Sun Shine Commercial Premises, right at Plot No. BGP-124 in the BG Block. We’re right opposite JBM Tools, so that’s usually how people find us if they get lost in the industrial layout. Smelting is a tough business to be in. It’s hot, it’s dirty, and you’re constantly dealing with materials that don’t want to cooperate. The building is part of a cooperative society, so there are always rules about where you can park and when you can move heavy loads. We’ve been here for a while, and the space has seen a lot of wear and tear. The walls are stained from the fumes, and the floor has its fair share of pits and marks. We don't have a polished corporate image because that doesn't really fit what we do. We’re more concerned with the quality of the metal and making sure the furnaces are running right. A typical day involves a lot of checking temperatures and moving ingots around. It’s physically demanding work, and we all feel it in our backs by Friday evening. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role. We don't talk much while the work is going on because it’s too loud anyway. We just use hand signals or shout over the noise. It’s a practical, gritty environment, and we don't try to hide that. We just show up, do the smelting, and handle the business as it comes in from the clients we've known for years.
