Our little office is located at Survey No 48/40, over in the X-Service Men Society. If you know where More Vidyalaya is in Kothrud, we are right near there. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. Most of what we do involves sitting behind screens or opening up computer cases to see why the fans stopped spinning. There is always a pile of cables somewhere that needs sorting. We get a lot of students coming by from the school nearby when their laptops start acting up or won't turn on before a project is due. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We handle things like slow internet, weird noises coming from a desktop, or just helping someone get their printer to actually work for once. The space is filled with old keyboards and parts we keep just in case. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have some chairs for people to wait while we look at their machines. Sometimes the work takes longer than we thought, especially when a virus is being stubborn. We just stay here until the jobs are done. Kothrud has grown so much, but we’ve stayed in this same corner. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they live in the society and know we fix things. It’s basic work but someone has to do it.
