A good landmark is the Tata Motors place because we are sitting right in front of it in Bhoer Colony. We’ve been focusing on Ayurvedic medicines for a long time now. It’s a different kind of pace compared to the regular pharma shops. People come in looking for specific herbs or traditional mixtures, and we do our best to have what they need on the shelves. The arcade gets a fair amount of foot traffic, especially with the car showroom nearby. It’s not a huge shop, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into the space we have. We keep the shelves packed. It can get a bit dusty with the road right there, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We aren't trying to be the biggest business in the colony, just a reliable one. The staff here knows the products well because they’ve been working with these items for years. It’s a lot of manual work, counting bottles and checking labels. We don't use a lot of fancy technology for the sake of it. We prefer talking to people directly when they walk through the door at Honrav Corner. It’s just how we like to run things here in the arcade.
