Ashoka Regency Hotel

Our hotel, Ashoka Regency, is located at P No 63 in Block G of the MIDC area. We are very close to Thermax Chowk in Chinchwad East. This is an industrial part of the city, so we don't get many tourists or families on holiday. Most of the people who stay with us are here for work at the nearby factories or offices. The hotel is a basic building designed for people who need a place to sleep and a shower before heading back to work. The rooms have the essential things like a bed and a small desk, but they aren't very large. It can get a bit dusty around here because of all the trucks and industrial activity on the roads. We have a small staff who looks after the guests and handles the laundry and cleaning. There is no big restaurant on site, but we can usually arrange for some tea or a simple breakfast in the morning. The plumbing and the wiring are a bit old, but we do what we can to keep everything working. It is a no-nonsense kind of place for people who are on a budget or need to be near the MIDC companies. We have been here for a good number of years and most of our guests are regulars who come back every time they have a business trip to Chinchwad. It is just a plain, functional hotel.
