You can find Ashish Plaza Hotel right on 1198 F C Rd. Most people around here know us because we’re so close to Tukaram Paduka Chowk in Shivaji Nagar. That area is always bustling with people, students from the colleges, and folks just out for a walk or shopping. We have been part of the 411005 area for a good number of years. It’s a busy street, so there’s always noise from the traffic and the crowds outside, but that’s just Pune life for you. Inside, we try to keep things as calm as we can. It’s a standard hotel setup, nothing over the top or too shiny. We focus on the daily chores, like keeping the lobby clean and making sure the staff is around when someone walks in. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, or we have to fix a leaky tap, but that’s just part of running a building in this part of town. We don't go in for big advertisements. Usually, people find us just by walking down Fergusson College Road. It’s a practical place to stay if you need to be in the heart of Shivaji Nagar.
