Our workplace is over in Siddarth Nagar in Aundh. We are in Building 7A, specifically on the second floor in Flat 2. Aundh is a nice part of Pune, it’s got a lot of trees and it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. The building we’re in is part of a larger complex. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part. Asgt Solutions Private Limited is a small operation, and this flat works perfectly for us. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up with our gear. It’s a very casual environment. Sometimes we work with the windows open to let in the breeze, though you do get the occasional mosquito. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we know the security guards and the local shopkeepers by name. It’s that kind of place. The address is a bit specific with the 10 S 1(Part) bit, but once you find Building 7A, it’s easy. We don't have a formal reception area or anything like that. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We like it that way because it’s comfortable. We get our work done without any unnecessary pressure or fancy corporate rules. It’s just a normal day for us here, mostly focusing on our screens. We usually wrap up before it gets too dark.
