Ascentt Technosystems

We are based in Pune over at Ganesh Peth. It is usually pretty crowded around here, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out on the streets. Our office is located in the Mohol Complex. You have to head up to the third floor to find us at flat number 22. It is not a fancy corporate building or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Some days the lift is a bit slow so we just take the stairs to stay moving. Inside, we have our desks set up and there is usually some tea going around. Ascentt Technosystems has been in this spot for a while now. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. The space is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for what we need. Pune weather can get quite hot, so we keep the fans going all day long. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the street coming through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to stay organized with our folders and cables. Sometimes it feels like there are wires everywhere. We do not really do big meetings here, mostly just sitting at the computers and talking through things as they come up. It is a straightforward setup for a small team.
