A.S. Developer

If you are looking for A.S. Developer, you have to head towards Kubera Garden. We are located at Shop No.15, which is part of Plot No. 9/11. It’s right on the Kondhwa Bypass Road, specifically along B G Lonkar Road. Most folks just use Welcome Hall as a landmark since everyone knows where that is. Our shop isn't huge, but it's where we get everything done. Being on the bypass road means there is always a bit of noise from the traffic, but we got used to it. We do our development work from this small space. It's mostly maps, blueprints, and a lot of phone calls. There’s a bit of dust sometimes because of the road, but that’s just how it is around here. We aren’t some big firm with a lobby. It’s just Shop No.15. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. People drop in to talk about plots or just to ask directions because of the location. Kubera Garden is a nice enough backdrop for the area. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the files and samples, it gets cluttered fast. We usually have someone around during normal hours. It’s a practical spot for us to be. We know the B G Lonkar Road area like the back of our hands. That’s just where we are and what we do at A.S. Developer. It is what it is.
