Our place is located at Plot No 39/4 on Singhgad Road, right near J N Marg 31. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop but people find us. We deal with food every day and it keeps us on our feet. The kitchen is where most of the work happens. We get the supplies in the morning and start prepping everything. It’s a lot of chopping and cleaning. Singhgad Road is always packed with traffic so it gets loud outside. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door. It’s a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting the orders out. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when a lot of people come at once. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular cooking stuff. The floor is a bit uneven in the back but we’ve gotten used to it. We've been at this location for a while. It’s a practical spot for us. We don't really do much advertising. People just hear about us from their neighbors. It's hard work but it's what we do. We try to keep the prices fair because we know the people around here. It’s just a normal food business. The smell of the spices usually fills the whole room by noon. We also have a small sink in the corner for people to wash their hands. It’s nothing special, but it’s what we have to offer every single day to whoever walks through the door.
