Our office is tucked away at Bibwewadi 9th Cross, specifically at 8/588/2 C. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now, focusing on supplying various materials to other small businesses around the city. It’s mostly about managing orders and making sure the deliveries go out on time. My desk is usually covered in invoices and delivery notes, and the phone rings pretty often with people checking on their stocks. We don't have a big flashy showroom because most of our work happens behind the scenes or out on the delivery routes. I spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to get the items our regular clients need. Sometimes the narrow lanes around here make it tricky for the larger tempo trucks to get in and out, but we’ve figured out a system that works for everyone. It’s a small team here, just me and a couple of others who help with the heavy lifting and the accounts. We don't really have a set routine because every day brings a different set of requirements or a new problem to solve with a shipment. It’s just a regular, hard-working place where we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible despite the occasional delay or mix-up with the paperwork. We’ve built some good relationships with the people in this neighborhood over the years and we plan to stay here for a long time.
