Arvika Solutions is situated at Shukrawar Peth 582. It’s a very traditional part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of all that history and bustle. We aren't a big, shiny tech company. We’re just a group of people working out of a modest space at number 582. Most days involve us sitting at our computers and trying to solve whatever technical problems our clients have brought to us. It can get pretty noisy outside with the shops and the traffic, but we’ve learned to tune it out. The office isn't very large, so we’re all pretty close to each other while we work. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign outside. It’s just a place where work happens. We try to keep things simple and avoid using a lot of jargon. If something isn’t working, we just stay until we figure out why. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we take it seriously. We like being in Shukrawar Peth because you can always find good food nearby and there’s a real sense of community. We’ve been here for a while and most of the other business owners on the street know us. We don't really have a big plan for expansion or anything; we just want to keep doing what we're doing and do a decent job of it. It’s an okay way to earn a living and we don't mind the noise.
