We spend most of our time up here on the 4th floor of the Ekta Co-operative Housing Society. It is in the Shewale B Building in Khadki, which stays pretty busy most days. We handle tech support and find solutions for people when their stuff breaks down or stops working right. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of wires everywhere. Most of us have been working here for a while now. We know the neighbors in the building and the guys downstairs. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we just deal with it. People come in with their problems, and we try to sort them out one by one. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it. We keep our tools ready and spend the morning checking emails and finishing old jobs before the new ones pile up. There is always something to fix. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how to handle tech stuff. It is honest work. We like being in Khadki because it feels like a real community. Lunch usually comes from the small shop around the corner. We focus on getting things done so people can get back to their day. It’s just what we do here every day at Arrow Techsupport And Solutions.
