Our place is at Plot No-77 in Shahunagar, specifically in Satyam Society. We are quite close to Bahirwade Ground in Pimpri-Chinchwad East. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when there are games or events at the ground. We work on development projects around here. It’s mostly about finding land and figuring out what can be built on it. We spend a lot of time at the site office or walking around plots. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with contractors. There’s a lot of coordination involved with building things, and sometimes it gets stressful with all the rules and permits. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Most of the folks who come to us are looking for a place to live or invest in this specific neighborhood. We know the area well since we’ve been around Satyam Society for a while. We aren't some giant construction firm, just a local developer trying to do good work. Often we are covered in dust from visiting sites. We don't have a big sales team. It's usually just a couple of us handling everything from the initial plan to the final handover. Sometimes the weather slows us down, but that's just how it goes with building work. We just stay focused on the project at hand and try to avoid mistakes. It takes time.
