We are located at the Lohia & Jain Business Centre on Senapati Bapat Road. Our office is on the 3rd floor of the Friends Park Society building. Senapati Bapat Road is a very energetic part of Pune, and there are always students and office workers walking around. The business centre has quite a few different companies, so you see a lot of different faces in the hallways and the elevator. At Arohi Tech Systems, we keep things very simple. We don't have any big decorations or promotional posters on the walls. It’s just a space with desks, some computers, and a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. We spend our days working on technical projects and sometimes things get a bit stressful, but we just handle it together. The office isn't perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. The elevator can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we often end up using the stairs to get back up to the third floor. We don't have a big HR department or corporate rules that don't make sense. We just talk to each other and get the jobs done as they come in. Being in such a central location is handy because everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to spend the day. We like being part of the bustle of SB Road while having our own little workspace.
