We've been at Sunflower Commercial on Vane Road for a while now. The office is on the 4th floor, A-10. It’s usually pretty busy here with the team working on different tech projects. We started Arihant Adroit Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. because we saw a need for people who actually know how to handle software without making it complicated. Most days involve a lot of coffee and fixing bugs that shouldn't be there in the first place. It is not fancy, just desks, monitors, and people trying to get things done right. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. We deal with various IT tasks for businesses nearby and some further away. There isn't much to say about the decor, mostly just whiteboards filled with scribbles. We like it this way. It feels like a real workspace where problems actually get solved. People come in, we talk about what they need, and then we sit down to build it. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. Being in this part of town is convenient for most of the staff. We don’t spend much time on fancy brochures or social media posts. Our time goes into the code and making sure the systems don't crash when someone needs them most. That’s pretty much how we run things every day, focusing on the tasks at hand and getting through the pile of work on our desks.
